The objective of this course is to
explore the use of information systems by government agencies with a
particular emphases on their use of the internet. Three key
areas to be covered are:
- the impact of politics and policy on
access, privacy, security and services provided via the internet
- the strategic planning and management of
e-Government systems
- the implementations of e-Government
systems
