Conference pre-registration deadline is September 27, 2004.

Registration must be received in the office by that date, with full payment, in order to receive the pre-registration price.
All persons attending, including program participants, are required to register.  Please pre-register for all tours and meals, as space is limited.  Pre-registration packets will not be mailed.

Refund Policy
Refunds less a $15.00 handling fee will be given for cancellations received by September 27, 2004.  No refunds can be given for cancellations after that date. Membership in the Western History Association is not required to attend theconference, but is encouraged.  A membership form is at the back of this program. The membership form is also available on our website at www.umsl.edu/~wha.
