Conference Programs WHA Membership AV Requests |

| Presenter
Guidelines:
Please send your paper and vita to the session chair and commentators as early as possible. Please do not send vitae or papers to the program chairs or to the WHA office. Sessions at the WHA are ninety minutes long, so you should apportion your time carefully to give equal opportunity to each presenter and commentator, with a chance for audience response. Below are guidelines for typical sessions.
These are only suggestions. You may work out your own division of time, but the chair is responsible for ensuring the session begins and ends on time with all presenters having adequate time. |

Conference
Programs:
All participants, members and non-members should have received a copy of the program and registration materials in August. Everyone attending the conference is required to register. If you have not yet received your conference program, please let us know. |

WHA
Membership:
Unlike, many professional organizations, we do not require conference participants to be members, but we think this annual meeting will introduce you to an exciting organization that you will wish to join if you are not already a member. |

Reserve
A.V. Equipment: AV
Requests are due by September 10, 2003.
If you need AV equipment, please email your request by September 10. You email must include your name, session name, day and time and the equipment you are requesting. We will notify you quickly if any aspect of your request cannot be fulfilled. |
