About Us

Community Psychological Service is a non-profit outpatient mental health center established at the University of Missouri-St. Louis to provide psychological services to the citizens of St. Louis and its surrounding communities. Since 1977, CPS has been committed to offering high-quality, timely, and affordable services to individuals who would otherwise be unable to afford professional mental health care.

DOCTORAL TRAINING
CPS is also the primary practicum training site for the Doctoral Training Program in Clinical Psychology at the University of Missouri - St. Louis. The Doctoral program is accredited by the American Psychological Association. Professional services are provided by advanced doctoral students in clinical psychology, psychology interns and post-doctoral fellows under the supervision of the licensed psychologist members of our faculty.
