The instructor, Marvin W. Berkowitz, PhD, is the inaugural Sanford N. McDonnell Professor of Character Education at UM-St. Louis.

Music students age 13 and older--including adults--with a minimum of one year of study on their instrument, can spend a week studying and playing with some of the finest and most talented jazz musicians in the country. Jazz Camp includes beginner to advanced musical instruction; master, theory, and specialized classes; jam sessions; and concerts.
